Terms of Service
Last updated: July 21, 2026
Contract Buster is a consumer contract analysis and educational service.
Our reviews are based on general knowledge of contract law principles, consumer protection statutes, and industry-standard contract interpretation practices. Using our service does not create an attorney-client relationship, fiduciary duty, or any expectation of legal representation.
Nothing in Contract Buster's service constitutes legal advice or should be relied upon as such. If you require formal legal advice or representation, you must consult with a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction who can provide legal counsel specific to your situation.
By uploading a contract to Contract Buster, submitting your personal information, or accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Contract Buster regarding your use of our service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications or agreements between us.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Contract Buster. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into binding contracts. If you are using Contract Buster on behalf of a minor, you assume all legal responsibility for that minor's use of the service.
You represent that you have the legal authority and right to upload and share any contracts submitted to Contract Buster. You warrant that submitting a contract to us does not violate any confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure agreements, intellectual property rights, or other legal obligations.
The initial contract review is provided free of charge by our dedicated team. No payment, subscription, or credit card is required to receive your initial review result. No hidden fees apply.
You may receive communications from us regarding your review, including notification when your result is ready, your unique ticket number, and information about accessing your outcome. By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive these communications.
The free initial review provides an educational assessment and cancellation determination only. It does not constitute legal advice, legal opinion, or legal consultation.
The optional full analysis report (the "Action Pack") costs $19.99 (United States Dollars) as a one-time, non-refundable fee. The Action Pack includes:
- Clause-by-clause breakdown of your contract
- Analysis of federal and state consumer protection statutes applicable to your situation
- Step-by-step cancellation instructions based on identified contract language
- Pre-written letter templates ready for use
- Escalation guidance if the company refuses to cooperate
- Expected timeline and procedural information
Purchasing the Action Pack does not:
- Guarantee that your contract will be cancelled
- Guarantee any particular outcome with the company
- Constitute legal representation or legal advice
- Create an attorney-client relationship
- Protect communications from discovery or legal process
Payment processing is handled via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Contract Buster does not store, retain, or have access to your payment card details. Your payment is processed securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS compliance standards.
Refund Policy: All payments for the Action Pack are non-refundable once processed. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchased report, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.
Our contract reviews are based solely on the documents you provide and the information you submit. We cannot account for:
- Verbal promises, side agreements, or handwritten amendments not included in the uploaded contract
- Subsequent communications with the company or modifications to contract terms
- Unique factual circumstances or personal situations not evident from the contract itself
- Local regulations, municipal ordinances, or industry-specific laws not generally known
- Company policies that may supersede contract terms or evolve over time
Our assessment reflects our attorney's professional judgment based on available information. Actual outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including the company's willingness to cooperate, applicable state and federal laws as interpreted by courts in your jurisdiction, and your adherence to the cancellation process.
We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty regarding:
- Whether your contract can be cancelled
- The success rate of using our recommended cancellation process
- The company's response to cancellation requests
- Whether you will receive a refund or avoid future charges
- The accuracy or completeness of information in the Action Pack
- That following our instructions will result in any particular outcome
By using Contract Buster, you confirm and warrant that:
- You have the legal right and authority to share any contract you upload to us

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Contract Buster explicitly makes no guarantee, warranty, or representation that:
- Your contract can be cancelled based on law or contract language
- Your contract will be cancelled even if we identify cancellation language
- Following our recommended cancellation process will result in success

- Factors and circumstances unknown to us at time of review

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. If a court determines that a provision is unenforceable, a revised provision that achieves the original intent to the maximum extent permitted by law shall automatically be substituted.
